When you create an account through our site we securely store your email address for account management and authentication. We may send email newsletters with your explicit consent.

• Firebase Authentication - User sessions and authentication
• Stripe - Fraud protection
• Cloudflare - Traffic optimization and website protection

Your data

We only collect information that is necessary to provide services and functions related to our business. We never sell any user data. We share data with these third parties for various site functions:

• Firebase - We share email addresses for user accounts and authentication
• Mail Jet - We share email addresses to send transactional emails and newsletters
• Stripe - We share email addresses for payment processing and receipts
• PayPal - We share email addresses for payment processing and receipts

Security

Security is very important to us. While no site is 100% secure, we follow industry best practices and collect a minimal amount of data to protect our users.

All credit card and payment details are transferred directly to the payment processor (e.g. Stripe or PayPal) from the purchaser. Vital Audio never accesses, handles or stores payment processing details.

Vital Audio does not receive or store passwords. All authentication requests go directly from the user to our authentication provider, Firebase.
